While just a stone's throw away from India, Sri Lanka retains a
distinctive culture of its own. Heavily steeped in Buddhism, Sri Lanka
also has remnants of its Dutch and Portuguese occupations from previous
centuries. Monolithic rock sculptures dot the countryside along with
temples devoted to both Buddhism and Hinduism. The geography of Sri
Lanka is diverse and broadly appealing - frigid mountains, refreshing
hill stations, golden sand beaches. The Breathtaking Sri Lanka tour is
more than a trip...it's an experience.
