Follow in the footsteps of the late Anthony Bourdain, and learn a thing or two about Vietnamese cooking in Hanoi. Local chef, Ms Anh Tuyet's grilled honey chicken won Bourdain's heart, who said it was the best dish he had eaten in the country. Tuyet follows recipes and cooking techniques passed down from her grandmother and mother, and conducts cooking classes in her house, adjoining her eponymous restaurant. Before the cooking, there's a lot of eating to be done, as Tuyet gives you a tour of the different street food delicacies eaten in Vietnam.
