Culinary Experience in China

Chinese food is no stranger to India. But in China, your taste buds might still be surprised. In Chengdu, devouring a steaming hot pot while watching some traditional Sichuan opera is an experience you will never forget. Xian’s rich cultural history makes for a medley of flavours, with Islamic influences particularly dominant—yangrou paomo, or flatbread in mutton soup, is a must-try. And in Shanghai, after you’ve sampled some xiaolongbao (soup dumplings), visit the Tongchuan Lu seafood market strip to haggle for some live scallops and lobsters.
